
- The Universal Basic Education Board (UBEC) has commenced a training programme for 40 principals of junior secondary schools in Adamawa State, focusing on accountability and responsibility for effective school management.
- The workshop, which opened on Monday in Yola, aims to build the capacity of school leaders to deliver quality education through prudent resource use and transparent governance.
- Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Minister of Education, Alhaji Adamu Adamu, represented by Dr James Fadokum, Head of Monitoring Evaluation at the National Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, Ondo, urged participants to engage actively in the workshop.
