Special provisions for AI-powered features:

• Content You Submit: When you upload materials to our AI tools (SabiScan, SabiVoice, SabiResearch, etc.), we temporarily process them to generate results. We do not use your private study materials to train AI models without your explicit consent.
• AI-Generated Content: Practice questions, summaries, flashcards, and other content generated by AI based on your inputs belong to you. You may use them for personal educational purposes.
• Model Improvement: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve AI model performance, but individual content remains private.
• Voice Data: Voice recordings submitted to SabiVoice are processed for transcription and then deleted within 30 days unless you opt to save them.
• Code Submissions: Code you submit to SabiCode is processed for debugging and explanation but not stored or used for other purposes.

We retain your information for different periods depending on the type of data:

• Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for up to 2 years after account closure (for legal and audit purposes)
• Study Progress Data: Retained while your account is active to track your learning journey
• Practice Test Results: Retained for 3 years for progress tracking and analytics
• Community Posts: Retained indefinitely unless you delete them or close your account
• Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Uploaded Study Materials: Retained while your account is active or while being sold on our platform
• AI Processing Data: Temporary files deleted within 30 days; results retained as specified above
• Ambassador Program Data: Retained for the duration of your ambassadorship plus 1 year

Our Services are intended for users 13 years and older, particularly secondary school and university students. We take special care to protect young users:
