
- Ten West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) supervisors have been arrested for alleged involvement in examination malpractices.
- Patrick Areghan, the Head of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) National Office in Nigeria, revealed this during an inspection of the ongoing WASSCE in Abuja.
- The arrests were made in Lagos, Kano, Bayelsa, and Kaduna states.
