
- The Kaduna State Government has called on public school teachers to write books and develop innovative ideas that will enhance the quality of teaching and learning in classrooms.
- The challenge was issued by the Commissioner for Education, Dr Shehu Makarfi, at the conclusion of a five-day training programme for secondary school teachers in Kaduna, organised in collaboration with the Africa Federation of Teaching Regulatory Authority (AFTRA).
- Dr Makarfi stated that the state government would support any teacher who writes resource books to improve teaching and learning, as well as books that share classroom experiences.
