- The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has issued a clarification regarding the eligibility of students already enrolled in tertiary institutions to register for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE).
- The board confirmed that currently enrolled students are permitted to register, but they must fully disclose their matriculation status during the registration process.
- Failure to do so constitutes an offence that could lead to the loss of both current and prospective admissions.
